Welcome to the Willow Bank Bees website.

My name is Matt Bates and I look after the Willow Bank Bees. Situated in Dale Abbey, nestled between Nottingham and Derby, the bees do a fantastic job pollinating local crops, foraging and gathering the most fantastic honey!

The honey is pure, local and 100% natural. I extract simply by spinning the honey out of the frames and passing through a coarse filter to remove any wax cappings. All of the good stuff, pollen, enzymes and natural elements are naturally present.

There is no heating, blending or mixing - This is the real honey, straight from the hive.

Store at room temperature

Pure, natural honey can granulate. To restore to its liquid state, gently warm (not above 40 degrees to ensure all of the good stuff is preserved!).

Not suitable for infants under 12 months old
